Placing an Order:
- To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket.
- If you have questions regarding any of our products, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at talktous@camptosee.com.
Guarantee/Returns:
- If you need to return something, please send an email to support@camptosee.com within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return.
- We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are in the original packaging.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us and it must be tracked (UPS, Certified Mail).
- A refund will be issued once the item has arrived and it is in the original box.

Delivery Time:
- Most orders ship within 7 business days from when your order was placed.
- Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship.
- Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
